Sutton Project, 2025

Breathing new life into a century-old former shearers' quarters in Sutton, this project required meticulous historical restoration combined with a major custom extension. We completely replaced the aging framework with a robust new timber structure, preserving only the original hardwood posts and twin fireplaces to anchor the home's history. The footprint was expanded to include a separate studio and soaring 3.0-meter ceilings. Finished with intricate decorative panelling, high skirting boards, rebated sills, and picture rails, the result is a flawless fusion of modern structural integrity and warm, bespoke country charm.
