A masterclass in sustainable luxury, this custom knockdown rebuild in Watson seamlessly blends modern aesthetics with a nod to the property's history. We salvaged and repurposed the original home’s bricks to construct a striking garage, which contrasts beautifully with the modern architectural metal cladding and rendered foam facade. Inside, high-pitched ceilings elevate the main living areas, while close collaboration with the client's interior designer resulted in highly personalized, bespoke tile selections unique to each bathroom.
